10 Step Telemed Portal Guide (Desktop and Mobile)
Go to our website and click "Telemed" from the top menu. Next, click the Telemed Portal button.
Click “Request Session Now”.
Next, login or create an account. If you are new, click “Register” and enter the requested information. Please note that telephone numbers should be entered using the following format, XXX-XXX-XXXX.
If you already have an account, click “Log In” and enter your username and password in the login screen.
Click “Submit Request" to send your appointment request to us.
Enter credit card information. Please note that you will not be charged until you enter the waiting room.
You will see the pending request while we process your appointment. Once we accept the request, you will be moved to the virtual waiting room. We treat patients in the order in which they check-in online or at the clinic. If we do not accept your request within 5 minutes, please call us at (239) 360-2638.
While you wait for us to approve your appointment request, download the Zoom software and follow the install prompts.
Click Download Zoom and follow the prompts. Please note that you will not need to reinstall Zoom for future appointments.
While you are waiting in the virtual waiting, please complete the Telemed consent and intake forms. If you did not install Zoom in step 7, you can so here.
Click enter waiting room.
Once Zoom is installed and you have entered the waiting room, your camera and audio will begin working. Please test your camera and audio while you wait for the doctor.
The doctor will be with you shortly.
